All About Denial || Dissociative Identity Disorder

Описание: Denial, for us, has been a huge part of our experiences with dissociative identity disorder. Sometimes it is all encompassing, we reject that the disorder even exists at all. Other times, it is more mild, and we simply cannot comprehend that an event happened to us. We have alters that are in constant states of denial, and alters who are more prone to episodes of denial. In this video we break down why we believe denial is so common for those with dissociative identity disorder, talk about some of our experiences, and give some ideas as to how to help cope with it.

I also want to add, that whilst doubting you have DID is common, if you feel like it might be an inactuate label for you, please speak to a professional who can help you understand what you are experiencing.
