The shelf weighs 168 pounds, and while the manual doesn't specify, I imagine the recommended person count for the installation procedure is at least 2 people, if not 4. This particular unit is Uline branded, but the procedure for assembling this type of shelf under any other brand such as Amazon Basics is the same.
