This is BY FAR my favorite build and one of the best builds in Borderlands 3. This build can make use of any legendary or even non-legendary weapon and gear in the game, without the need of any crazy anointments. Almost all of the weapons i used in this build is unanointed and you will easily solo the maliwan takedown raid with some of the meta weapons like the Anarchy, Lob or Hyperfocus XZ41. It doesn't matter if you want a build to use for bosses or for mobbing, this is the build that can do everything.
