A Complete Renovation – Gutting and Demolishing - Mixed emotions

Описание: Renovating inside and outside, replacing wall plaster, skirting, architraves, windows doors and jambs, floorboards, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Today was a day of mixed emotions, I was supposed to have a Tradie arrive today in which they were a no-show.

In the e-mail they sent to me on the 4th July, the next available time slot for them to do the job of vacuuming out the ceiling of insulation fluffy stuff was the 7th Aug, in which I replied I would like there service on the 9th Aug in which I would be at the property a little after 8am.

I received no reply and thought Trades are busy I’ll just wait for the day.

I also gave them permission that if I was not required to be available whilst the job was being done that they could lift a couple of roof sheets and do the job, hoping that it would be done before the 9th Aug.
And here I sit with the job incomplete, and . .Yes . . I did give them my phone number for contact purposes.

Then my mobile phone was trying to restart itself and I couldn’t turn the darn thing off, it overheated and burst into flames.

I did however remove the laundry tub and purchased a few tools from the hardware store

So I had a crappy day sprinkled with sugar
