In my third year of engineering, I participated with other three students in e-Yantra Robotics competition. It is a national robotics competition organized by IIT Bombay and government of India.
Our theme was “Hazardous Waste Disposal”. In this, we had to make a robot which could segregate three different types of waste. It had to be designed in a way that it could then cross the river using a given bridge and dispose of the waste in respective dumping zone. It was a challenging task but we successfully completed and secured 5th rank in India. It was a very enriching experience meeting likeminded people with a passion for robotics.
