Just an amateur who wants to share his love for cooking and camping.
This weekend I had a trip to Middle Hills Farm Matlock, for a solo camp, I cooked a beef roast dinner on the TJM metalworks firepit & the large fire anchor spit, followed by Amy's Victory Treacle Sponge Pudding from the Steak Detective. Next morning I cooked up breakfast, baking bread, using the reflector oven by Rough Timba.
Would highly recommend Middle Hills Farm in Matlock, friendly owners, great site, affordable and very clean facilities.
