This is mechanical project model of pneumatic sheet metal cutting machine. Here we use a double acting pneumatic cylinder and a DC control valve for controlling air flow from the compressor. The cutter plates is moved by the lever action of the DC valve. It can be used for cutting sheet metals upto 2mm thickness.
