Metro is set to implement a new systemwide policy in June 2025, banning individuals who commit violent or sexual offenses from using its services.
Under the new guidelines, the ban durations are structured as follows: a first offense results in a 45-day ban, a second offense leads to a 90-day ban, and a third offense incurs a 365-day ban.
