YES; at long last, some Mitsubishis that I've long yearned for again! (Well, of course — it's my universe and animations; I control the narrative lmao.) These are a pair of very new Mitsubishi NEXIEZ-MRLs that serve the public carpark along Albert Street. These lifts also double as disabled access to the neighbouring Holiday Inn hotel on level 2. These actually replaced some OTIS 3200 lifts of sorts; given the COP is still the "Version1" design of NEXIEZ-MRL, I'd say these were some of the last few Version1's before the switchover to Version2. Nevertheless, these are ridiculously busy! Granted, I should've known not to come around lunchtime, AKA check-in-and-out time.... But also, these lifts serve one of the busier public carparks in the city, so you can't be too surprised. They actually run pretty efficiently, all things considered — near-instant startup, and they actually clock in at 1.75 m/s. The panel is side-mounted—uncommon for non-EU Mitsubishis—and there are actually two sets of doors, with the rear set only being used for the level 2 hotel access. Interestingly, the floor buttons are backlit which is also pretty rare for Mitsubishi! All in all, awesome elevators, and I bet you can guess what the next animated lifts will have to be lol…
