How to Make Custom Magnets

Описание: Creating customized magnets is a great way to show off your designs and your business! I've created a variety of magnets using different materials from wood to acrylic and even cork.

If these are being machined with a laser, it is important to use a laser safe magnetic sheet. Otherwise, it may be hazardous. It is also a good idea to add extra adhesive to ensure better adhesion between the magnetic sheet and the material.

Laser specs: 60 watt Epilog Fusion M2 40
Engraving: 90% speed, 70% power, 400 DPI
Vector Cutting: 8% speed, 100% power, 625 frequency (25%)
Engraving time: ~2 minutes per magnet
Cutting time: ~30 seconds per magnet
