Is Rey getting Ben out of there? Or is she just dreaming of a kinder universe where she can do something, anything to bring him back?
(We all know which interpretation we are all choosing...these two deserved the chance to finally be soft with one another, free of the burden of the star war, so much ;_;)

Still unsure this makes as much sense as it did in my head...but basically, this is my take on the post-TROS 'world between worlds' fix-it theories circulating in the fandom right now (as usual, the meta produced by Reylos is the most fascinating and inspiring of all lore-wise). And joke's on you, Disney: Orpheus & Eurydice (aka journey into the land of the dead to rescue a loved one) is one of my favourite tropes in existence, and now I just have the perfect excuse to adapt it to Rey and Ben.
