Göran Eriksson, great musician, alto-saxophonist and banjoist, died on December 28 in Stockolm, at the age of 85.
He played with the Jazz O'Maniacs and Irakli in Paris in the sixties and early seventies before returning to Sweden. He was one of the pillars of Kustbandet, and worked as a freelance musician. He had kept many good friends among French jazz musicians.
