Описание: We sit down with University of Virginia's elite swimmers, NCAA champions Ella Nelson and Aimee Canny.

Ella has been a key contributor for UVA for years and is approaching the end of her 5th year and NCAA career. Aimee arrived mid year last year and delivered on her much anticipated arrival with key points and relay strength for Virginia’s NCAA championship win in 2023. Now with her first full season of training at UVA nearly complete, she' enters her second championship season hoping to build on last year.

In this episode, we talk training, team culture, and of course hear about some crazy fast stuff that Virginia’s stable of record holders are doing in practice (Gretchen Walsh, Kate Douglass, and Alex Walsh).

Sure sounds like Virginia is headed toward another title. We certainly wouldn’t bet against them.
