A unique combination in the fields just south of Brussels! Not often do you see a tracked tractor in Belgium, let alone one combined with the first and only Väderstad Topdown 600 in the country! Avima was preparing land for potatoes with this combination on a hot spring day in April.
The John Deere 8RT370 had no problem whatsoever pulling the Väderstad Topdown, working at 25cm depth. The combination of a disc harrow and cultivator made a great first pass for the preparation of the field, the following pass with the Alpego power harrow made the field ideal for planting.
