The Beach House on Busuanga Island is in the Palawan archipelago, Philipines. We are located 1.5hours from Coron airport.

Our property is 24,000 square metres of titled land, consisting of a 5000sq/m beach front lot at the very end of Ocam Ocam Beach, and 19,000sq/m of hill land that leads down to private coves. There is also farming land on the back of the hill with sea and rice paddy views. In total there is 420m of coastline. This place has a little bit of everything, perfect for a resort.

There is a main house has three very generous bedrooms (and two luxury flaming tents) and space for 6 or more cottages, with an expanse of 25m in length and 7metres wide with a 20metre free firm beachfront pool. Everything has building permits. The house is decorated with owner private collection of furniture brought from Europe. Everything is included.

The property has a 24metre x 4metre two-story staff accommodation and storage buildings fully equipped with an enormous kitchen. This area is open to the public and used for walk-in guests. The staff house has 12 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the work area at the back of the beach lot, there is a workshop and water treatment plant. The water is spring-fed from the hill. We are connected to mains electricity.

The beach has golden sand in the season and the water is clear and pretty, very shallow (which allows us to build very close to water safely) leading out to deep water access and fantastic coral reef. There is a deep hole in the coral reef where we have our “reef shack”, a floating 8x8 metre house equipped with a kitchen/bar. This is where we swim, snorkel and enjoy the sea.

Black island is only 7 minutes in front of us by speed boat, offering a true island paradise. They call it the jewel of the archipelago. We have a small cottage there for private use in a private location on the beach.
