Описание: In this video I am showing you how to set the beat on a torsion/anniversary clock. I looked at the clock. Decided that it looked clean enough for me to try to set it up. Had it not looked clean enough I would have taken it apart and cleaned it. These clocks can go for a long time without having to have them serviced in my opinion. Please note in the video I say that the travel distance on the pendulum ball should be about 180* opposite of the ball that has the tape on it when the escapement wheel advances. Per the Horolovar web page that distance is correct plus 1/2" to compensate for overswing to allow enough power to go the other way. But it is hard to judge that extra 1/2" without the cut out that I showed you that was in the book unless you have really keen eagle eyes. LOL.
