my very first solo(ish) trip...

Описание: Every video I record for YouTube feels like a little video diary for the future and every description I write describes exactly how I feel at that moment, that being said I am going to try and describe how I feel as well as I can in this one. Going to Europe I was 30% nervous and 70% excited. I had no clue what to expect, nothing planned, just a girl exploring with some of her best friends. I had absolutely no expectations...or limits. Leaving Europe, I now understand why "solo trips" exist. Whenever I heard someone online say "I traveled the world and found myself," I thought it was some sort of click-bait attention grab because in my brain there was no way traveling could make you feel that way. Little did I know it would change the way I see life, feel, and honestly live. I would be lying if I said I didn't shed a tear once we landed back in New York because of how much being in Europe for two weeks changed my thought process, it was almost an instant reset. It sounds dramatic and although, yes it was vacation, it didn't register to me how well needed it was until it was over. I could look at leaving Europe as a sad thing and throw a pity party but instead, I look at my life, where I currently am at 19, and all I can think is HOW BLESSED AM I??!! Graduating high school only two years ago, traveling the world, being able to financially support myself, surrounding myself with people who are proud of all I am accomplishing, and most importantly all of YOU who watch me and make this life possible. If I was able to bring you all with me I wouldn't even question it, you would all be on this plane with me as we speak. Now I am rambling but if you ever take anything away from my videos I want you to know, that whatever you are aspiring to do, reaching towards in life, you can and you WILL make it possible. Less than two years ago everything I did in this vlog, and everything I do in my current life was SO many worlds away, to the point it felt almost embarrassing to think I could accomplish it. Yet here we are. And yes we are still at the start, there is so much more I want to do. Crossing off one dream and adding 50 more dreams. I don't even want to say "dreams".. dreams for now, reality in a week? a month? a year? there's no time limit on any of it. As long as I can bring you guys along that's all I care about. I love you all and I hope you love this European adventure.
