Temporary Pause

Описание: The video text pretty much explains it. It's already been to the point most nights this week where I'm not getting enough sleep even if I didn't do the plank every night, and tonight and the next 4 are looking pretty grim as far as how much sleep I'll get already, so I'm not gonna push myself until I break (at least not from sleep deprivation). As the vid says, I'll be back up again the 24th with 20 minutes.
