Unicycle tires are the same as bicycle tires. However, due to the nature of unicycles, the tires typically get wear spots from twisting. Just letting the air out of the tire and rotating it 90 degrees can make the tire last longer. If the wheel is removed it is INCREDIBLY important to get the left and right sides oriented properly. It is also very common for bearings to be over-tightened, leading to premature wear. Unicycles are their own unique beast. Since they have only one wheel and few moving parts, a lot of force is put on those parts when compared to a bicycle.
