In this episode, we discuss the NCAA’s new Constitution, share a little background, explain what’s in it, and some thoughts on what it means moving forward. The new Constitution was ratified January 20, 2022, with 80.4% of member institutions voting in favor. This episode was created before the membership voted, so it's refer to this as a proposed Constitution.
