Ingredients:
For the dressing
60 gr Palm sugar
2 Bali hot peppers
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp tamarind paste (lunak) + 2 tsp freshwater (to soften tamarind paste)
Fruits I use:
1 pineapple
1 guava
4 rose apples
1 jicama
1 young mango
