On snowy days in winter, when the snow settled gently on the ground and covered everything in white, the village took on a special atmosphere. In front of our house, there was a large mountain that was always covered in white on these days and gave a special beauty to the landscape. Although the snow did not fall much, its cold and pleasant atmosphere filled the whole place with silence and peace.

Before starting to cook the sirabi, I fed the chickens and ducks. Their chirping could be heard from the yard and they were eating happily and lively. After making sure of their mood, I entered the house to prepare the sirabi.
I brought the sirabi to the yard tap and washed it. I also washed a few potatoes, onions, and a few bell peppers with it.

The pot was placed on the stove and the delicious smell of meat and hot fat filled the house. The Sirabi was slowly cooking and its smell was everywhere. In the meantime, I immediately made a dough with the flour that was at home and let it rest and become spongy. I put the dough in the oven and took out hot bread from the oven, it had a special and hearty smell that, along with the Sirabi, won everyone's hearts.

This warm and delicious meal, while it was snowing outside and the mountains were white, nothing could be more enjoyable than these moments.
