✅ Eligibility (All Faculties)

You can apply regardless of nationality if:

You hold a Master’s degree (obtained within the last 5 years), or

You will complete your Master’s degree by 31 October 2026

You do not already hold a PhD

You have not previously received a PhD scholarship in Italy
