Recipes

Chicken Kebab Recipe 🍗
• 1½ chicken breasts, minced
• ½ red bell pepper, 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves, handful coriander
• 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp chili powder, salt
• 2 tbsp oil, mix well
• Marinate for a few minutes
• Fry kebabs on medium heat
• All kebabs are fried
• Can freeze raw in ziplock bags
• From 1½ chicken breasts → so many kebabs!
• Try it, you’ll love it!

Beef Biryani Recipe 🍛
• 400 g beef
• 1 tbsp garlic, ½ cup fried onions, 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp packet biryani mix
• 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp yogurt
• 1 sliced tomato
• Salt to taste
• ½ cup oil + few dried plums
• Mix everything well
• Cook in pressure cooker with ⅓ cup water until meat is soft
• Rice 90% cooked, drain water
• Layer biryani and cook on low heat 15 minutes
• Sprinkle fried onions & fresh coriander
• Biryani is ready!

Strawberry Cake – Quick Steps

Strawberry Sauce:
• 1 cup strawberries (frozen/fresh)
• Add 1 cup sugar + 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp water, cook on medium heat
• Cook until bubbling, then blend
• Transfer to bowl → fridge

Cake Batter:
• 2 eggs + ½ cup sugar → beat fluffy
• Add 1/3 cup oil + ½ cup milk
• 1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder → sift in
• Mix gently

Baking:
• Grease dish, pour batter
• Bake 180°C for 25 min
• Check cake → perfect
• Make holes with fork, pour a few tbsp milk

Whipped Cream & Topping:
• Freeze cake for a few mins
• 200 ml cream + 2 tbsp sugar → whip
• Spread cream evenly
• Add strawberry sauce + garnish with strawberries
• Cake ready!

Serving:
• Enjoy with green tea
