For Bhindi
250gm Bhindi
4tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Rai
1/4 tsp Methi
1tbsp Garlic paste
Dry Masala
Fry Bhindi
Salt as per taste
1tsp Sugar
Coriander(chopped)

3. Paneer ki Sabji
In Cooker
3 no. Garlic
4 no. Tomato
100gm Cashew or Melon seeds
3 to 4 Dry Red Chili
3 no. Ilaichi
2 Cloves, 1 small piece Cinnamon, 1 piece of Mace, 1 Bayleaf, Bouquet Garni
1 small piece of ginger
5 to 6 cloves Garlic
3 to 4 Green chili
2tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/2 Turmeric
1tbsp Butter

4 tbsp Oil
1tsp Cumin
1tbsp Garlic paste

2tsp Kasoori methi

1.5 cup Dahi
2tbsp Besan
1tsp Salt

For Tadka
1tbsp Ghee
1tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Rai
1tsp Jeera
1/2tsp Methi Dana
2tsp Garlic Paste
2tsp Ginger Paste
1tsp Green Chili Paste
1/4tsp Hing

Few curry leaves
