The Stock Market has been performing very well the past few years, but shareholders of Realty Income have not had much to show for it.

Realty Income, also known as "The Monthly Dividend Company", like other REITs has been negatively impacted by higher interest. With interest rates set to come down, it should benefit the REIT industry.

In today's video I will look deeper at Realty Income to determine whether the popular REIT is a BUY, SELL, or HOLD. In addition, I will talk about some of my favorite REITs.
