位于庙堂巷北，东起养育巷，西至剪金桥巷。巷长390米，原名“德寿坊”。宋时刑部郎中富严（曾任苏州知府）居此，故名。民国时，开业医生寓此者甚多，有顾允若、顾乃绩、顾乃大、宋爱人、陆子安等，吴语“郎中”即指医生，故此巷有多郎中至别解。巷内有陈宅、吴宅、沈瓞民故居等进迹。
The lane, with a length of 390 meters, located to the north of Miaotang Lane and is originally named Deshoufang Lane. It extends from Yangyu Lane in the east to the Jianjin Bridge in the west. Department Director of Ministry of Justice Fuyan, who once served as the Magistrate in Suzhou, dwelled here in the Ming Dynasty. In the Republic of China, there were many doctors lived here, such as Gu Yunruo, Gu Naiji, Gu Naida, Song Airen, Lu Zian and so on. Since Langzhong in Suzhou dialect means the doctor, the name of the lane also means there were many doctors worked here. The historic remains exist in the lane including the former residence of Shen Diemin, Chen family mansion, and Wu family mansion and so on.
