For the past few years I have really been enjoying making 'combo's' with the paraglider. Combing the handy features of flying which takes you somwhere to then be able to do a different sport. By far my favourite variant of this is using an XC wing to fly up for skiing, a little like heli skiing. A few people have been asking me about how to attach the skis to a pod harness. So here's how I do it, along with a few other tips. I hope it's helpful if your one of the people interested in this rather niche, niche.
Disclaimer - This does add extra dangers and complexities to flying and should only be done by people who already have a lot of experience flying cross country wings and pod harnesses and understand the risks associated of landing, skiing and moving in the mountains.
