In this video, I'll show you how to make Oven Grilled or baked Tilapia Fish with Fried Yam (Dun Dun) and Pepper sauce

See the Ingredients used below:
1 medium size Tilapia Fish
3 bell peppers
1 scotch bonnet
2 red onions
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
Puna Yam (cut into potato chips shape or size)
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp thyme
1 tsp lemongrass puree
Fresh Rosemary
4 chicken cubes
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp chili flakes
½ tsp paprika
40ml honey
Black pepper
Cooking oil
