We've finally emerged from the Otherworld hospital and found ourselves back in Eastern South Vale--without Maria. This could very well be the shortest installment of my Silent Hill 2 remake playthrough, as this area primarily acts as a transition from the Otherworld to real world South Vale. Through the fog we can hear a phone ring. Follow me through the fog to find out who's on the other end of the line.
