Rack Pull — Ascending Weight: 7 / 5 / 3
Close-Grip Incline Bench — 2 Sets of 5 Reps @ 245 lbs
Neutral-Grip Pull-Up — 2 Sets of 5 Reps @ +100 lbs
Leg Press — 2 Sets of 8 Reps
Seal Row — 2 Sets of 10 Reps
Optional Finisher: KB Swings + Suitcase Carry x 5:00
Goal: Build dense, functional strength
Focus: Posterior chain, upper body power, and grip endurance.
