This short documentary looks at AFC Blackpool's newly-created reserve team, that has been set up to provide a pathway from their youth teams through to the first team.
They have started this new team from scratch and have just appointed Gabriel McSweeney as manager.
The reserves team will play in the West Lancashire Football League with the aim of giving their Under 18s players experience of competing in a competitive adult league.
The reserve team was created to improve the development of youth at AFC Blackpool and to help young players make the step up to first team football.
