Start with a conversation.
If you follow the flow of the Google doc above & make it a collaborative conversation with your team it will flow nicely.
So start out asking the team to think about the brand culture.
Ask & Answer:
-What are some adjectives that define our culture?
-What do we believe? List out a few “We believe” statements
What have our clients said about us?
what are we known for?
-What are some brandisms (things we say) aka what are we known for?
what are our core values?
Identify our core personas aka our ideal audience

Then explain the brand manifesto & ask each person to spend maybe 10 minutes or so writing out the brand declaration to the world of how you show up to serve your clients.
Gather all the notes & see what comes up again and again. Read them & see which statements feel powerful - rewrite the manifesto using the flow in the manifesto format like the samples above.
