In this video, I talk about why I decided to get off SSRIs, what the process has been like, and how I’ve been feeling physically and mentally since stopping. This has been a major change in my life, and I wanted to document the journey honestly for anyone going through something similar.
Getting off SSRIs isn’t something people talk about openly, and everyone’s experience is different. This video is simply my personal story, what I’ve noticed, and where I’m at right now.
