Описание: Ekatech's leg machine LM3017 is a standalone production machine for pallet legs. It is easy to adjust the length, number of blocks, and block position through the control panel.

The leg machine eliminates the demanding manual work with nail guns and the need for repetitive and tedious tasks. The machine operates at a continuous and high production rate.

All leg configurations, settings, and parameters are set via the control panel with a touchscreen. New recipes can be easily saved, allowing for very quick changeovers between different leg lengths and types.

Ekatech's LM3017 is an efficient and convenient solution for leg production.

1600mm with 3 blocks - 7,2 sec
1200mm with 3 blocks - 7,2 sec
800mm with 3 blocks - 7,2 sec
600mm with 2 blocks - 4,9 sec

The LM3017 is combined with either a block destacker or an optimized block cutter.
