A deadly explosion struck the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Bristol, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Dec. 23, causing part of the building to collapse.
Authorities said two people, including one resident and one employee, were killed and 20 others were injured.
Police later confirmed that all residents of the nursing home were accounted for after several were initially reported missing following the blast.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation, though officials said they are looking into a suspected gas leak.
