TMB is an abbreviation for “That’s My BiS”. TMB is a player-invented (not in-game) loot system that uses a predetermined loot priority sheet (wish list) to distribute loot in raids. The TMB tool aims to give Loot Councils an easy way to fairly distribute loot by providing them with the necessary information for them to make their decisions.

With TMB everyone know exactly who is getting what items in which order. This can reduce uncertainty, stress, arguments/conflict, and overall friction among group members.

Loot is not distributed according to attendance, performance, size of upgrade, attitude, etc. Some group members will find this system unfair, especially if they are contributing consistently at a high level compared to the average and the best items are given to the lowest performing members.
