ASTON CUM AUGHTON: Rotherham Parish #31 of 31

Описание: Two months ago, a small YouTuber by the name of Andy finally decided to have a go at doing something crazy - visit all 10.449 civil parishes in England and record the whole thing on his GoPro - an idea which he first had back in August 2020, but one to which he never really gave any serious thought.

After finally gaining the confidence to at least try it, beginning the journey with Harthill with Woodall - a video which let's be fair, is not the greatest ever on the platform - that idea has a whole lot of encouragement from people in and around Rotherham.

Oh and even in some places in West Yorkshire, Not to mention there's some encouragement on an international level because The Village Idiot has reaches New York and parts of Australia given some of the messages I've had! The point of all this is that whilst TVI might have started small, it's now grown into something beyond my wildest dreams already.

So I present you with the last instalment in the Rotherham series before I head off to other parts of the country, and this one is a good one to finish the borough with. There's any number of schools, two big parks, a huge library, churches, cracking views over the valleys around and a tenth tier football club that rather amusingly nicknames it's stadium after one of the most famous in the world.

It's taken just over two months, but here we are in the 31st and final parish in Rotherham Metropolitan Borough - ASTON CUM AUGHTON.
