Описание: Cliant is saying that sometimes this boiler is not working for about 3 hours...and I suspected it was to do with the overheating sequence. The candidates for causing this problem are : faulty or worn out circulation pump, overheat stat, faulty boiler control stat, air lock or air in the system, scaled boiler, or wiring fault such as no pump over run. Anyway, when I was checking the pump speed..it was set to 2. I have increased it to 3 . Also set the boiler temperature stat below maximum. I am going to do a full service of this boiler next week, but told the client that if the boiler trips again.. please call me.. but he didnt call me for 3 days.... perhaps increasing the pump speed ..done the trick.
