1 Minute Cake in a Mug Recipe, No Egg! Microwave Mug Cake, Single Serve Recipe!

Описание: Make a cake in a mug in the microwave without using an egg!! The best recipe, literally takes a minute!! I recommend doing in 30sec bursts and do not cover the mug when microwaving.


Ingredients:
45g (3tbsp) plain flour
30g (2tbsp caster sugar)
15g (1tbsp cocoa powder)
Itbsp olive oil
4tbsp whole milk
(I eyeballed oil and milk)
1-2 chunks of chocolate
Mix all ingredients together in a mug except the chocolate. When mixed add the chocolate into the middle. Microwave for 1min (depends on microwave watts, mine is
900w and 1min is enough). Serve with cream and enjoy! :)
