In this vlog I go to see Kinky Boots The Musical at The Palace Theatre Manchester. I went to a matinee performance on Wednesday 5th February 2025 and the show started at 2.30pm. The run time for the show is 2hrs 30 minutes which includes a 20 minute interval. I paid £26.50 for my ticket and I was sat in the Circle row Q seat 35 my view from this seat was good but it was restricted for some parts of the show which happened on the top tier of the set.

The Broadway and West End phenomenon, Kinky Boots The Musical, is strutting out in a brand-new production starring Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe and rising star Dan Partridge! This joy-filled sensation, based on a true story and hit movie, features Tony® and Grammy® winning music and lyrics by pop icon Cyndi Lauper, a hilarious and life-affirming book by Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein and is directed by Nikolai Foster (Grease and The Wizard of Oz).

After inheriting his family’s failing shoe factory and with a relationship on the rocks, life is proving to be very challenging for Charlie Price. That is until he meets Lola, a drag queen whose sparkle and unsteady heels might just hold the answer to saving the struggling business.
