Recipe:
Korean BBQ
Pork Marinate (in hindsight I should have done Bulgogi marinate on all the meats)
• 1 spring onion
• 1/2 lemon’s juice
• 1 tbspn gochugang,
• 1tbspn honey or brown sugar
• 1 tbspn soy sauce
• 1/2 tbspn rice vinegar
• 1/2 teaspn sesame oil
Beef Bulgogi Marinate:
• ½ a red apple
• 1/2 shallot diced
• 4 cloves diced garlic
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 2 spring onion stalks (the light green and white bits)
• 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• decent grind of freshly ground pepper
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
Cucumber
• cut and season with salt, pour out the water after 10min, then rinse them.
• Add chilli crisp, lemon juice, lemon zest and 2 tspn sugar
Serve with rice and Sammjang
