This week, we will be visiting Sollip, Vegan Yes and Jae@ Untitled Bar, Dalston, to learn about unique creative ways kimchi can be used in European cooking, and to taste delicious fusion recipes! The Kimjang Festival is now a part of the annual Kingston Korea Festival is organised by the Korean British Cultural Exchange (KBCE), a charity that runs educational activities and events to promote Korean culture in the UK. The Kimjang Festival began as part of the Kimjang Project 2019, Kimjang: Making and Sharing Kimchi. A project that was made possible due to funding by the National Heritage Lottery Fund.
