Minestrone with Cheese Tortellini with Michael's Home Cooking

I use cheese tortellini instead of regular pasta in thisMinestrone Soup, it's good!
Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
1 leek
3 carrots
2 ribs of celery
1 red bell pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 red skinned potato
15 ounce can of chickpeas
28 ounce can of tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
1/4 cup orzo (optional)
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 cup finely chopped kale or cabbage
9 ounce package cheese tortellini
Parmesan Cheese & Basil Pesto for serving
or you could use some fresh oregano, basil and parsley for serving with the cheese if desired.
