2 lb pork ribs
2 corn on the cob
4 mini peppers or chili
1 spring onion
4 shallots
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp peppercorns
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp brown or white sugar
5 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
2 cups of water
1 oz butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
