Описание: The base machine is a new generation 34Te CAT 328D LCR tracked excavator which is fitted with a Movax SG-60 vibratory hammer.

Additional features on the piling rig to improve operational efficiency and safety include zero tail swing, automatic safe load indicator for lifting operations, together with slew and height restrictors.

The Movax Side Grip system is highly efficient at handling, pitching, driving and extracting sheet piles, tubular piles and H-Piles particularly on infrastructure projects where restricted access often prevents traditional piling methods being used.

The impact hammer allows piles to be driven further in ground conditions where 'refusal' has occurred using the 'Movax' Side Grip Vibratory Hammer.

The hammer can be quickly and efficiently fitted to the CAT excavator using the automatic 'quick hitch' system. This not only provides the benefit of manoeuvrability and accessibility offered by an excavator over traditional piling rigs but also allows pile penetration in stiffer/denser ground conditions which would previously have been problematical.

The SL20 hammer also benefits from requiring no leg guides (thus no lead trench or longer piles are required) and being operated via the hydraulics on the base machine (thus no power pack in required).
