Today I’m bringing a song everyone knows, the kind you don’t need an alarm to remember. But this year it hit harder. As I shared this week, I’ve been close to grief: a dear friend lost her boyfriend at 24 after a fight with cancer, and another friend had to say goodbye to his pet, Zelda also because of that awful disease.

With their permission, I turned that pain into a small tribute made with a lot of love. I know nothing takes the ache away, but grieving is part of healing. If it hurts, it’s because it mattered; and if it mattered, it’s because there was so much love.

There’s a message for you at the end of the video. We all know what’s behind these lyrics… so if you can, hug your dad, talk to your mom, make peace with a friend or at least try. Life is a breath, and it’s easy to slip into autopilot thinking there’s still time. It might sound cliché, but it’s true: tomorrow isn’t here yet and yesterday is gone... live the now!
