Basic Rules Rundown:
All cars start Racing when the red flag comes on all cars must come to a stop, once green all cars do a full U-turn and race in reverse until the red flag comes out again and the process repeats.
each time the green comes on the grid races in reverse the grid is also in reverse so if you were in first before the red now you are last etc.
