200g green cabbage (shredded)
150g cheese (cheddar or gruyere, grated)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp butter or olive oil (for sautéing)
100ml cream or milk
Salt and pepper to taste
pinch caraway seeds
1 tsp mustard (optional, for extra flavour)
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

65ml Water
150g Shortening
50g Butter / Marg
1 medium egg
