Giving GTs without a proper plan is a common mistake that costs students heavily. This video divides aspirants into three distinct cohorts based on the time left for their exam and provides a customized roadmap for attempting and analyzing Grand Tests effectively.
This lecture breaks down the psychological and strategic approach to solving MCQs into exam-oriented notes. It emphasizes the importance of building exam endurance, reading the complete question to avoid trap buzzwords, and using the process of elimination. Whether you are a fresher with 6 months left, a foreign medical student with over a year left, or a repeater looking to cross the passing mark, this session tells you exactly how many GTs to take per month to guarantee improvement.
Cohort 1 (4 to 6 months left): Attempt at least 2 GTs per month to build endurance and identify weak subjects without judging the initial scores.
Cohort 2 (1 year left): Attempt 1 GT per month while studying abroad to condition your brain, and increase to 2 GTs per month once back in India.
Cohort 3 (Repeaters): Attempt 1 GT per week (3 to 4 per month) to master the art of solving MCQs and eliminating silly mistakes.
